Re: How do you display your collection?
Gunnar Nylund (1904-1997) porcelain vase for Rorstrand Swedish, 1954 for his Paranta series.
Just a terraced house. Always keep a big mirror beside the front door so you can check your hair on the way out, and I have a shelf of smalls there also so 1) you get to see them regularly and 2) you can have fun re-arranging them. You lot would put about nine items on those shelves with the regulation six inches of bare shelf between them- bugger that, cram them in! Juxtaposition is an art form in itself.

Cheers, I like the form and decoration.

Re: How do you display your collection?
I sometimes think it would be easier to have collected stamps of postcards

Re: How do you display your collection?
At my mum’s this weekend and we sorted through all her New Hall tea bowls and saucers. All the paired ones are now packed away in a big box in the wardrobe, and the unpaired ones are in her corner cabinet in the hopes that I can find the missing ones.

Re-arranging is half the fun. Really eclectic mix there, even some critters.

Relatives are bringing their cat for Christmas so I promised all the pots would be off the tabletops

Re: How do you display your collection?
I've just found these myself Dan and thought they looked useful, bought 1 to test and yep they could be 'made to measure' for those ikia cabinets.
This one is only £2.99 in Home Bargains.
Looks much better today than yesterday (I've also dusted!).
I thought I'd shown the mermaids, but maybe not?
Now
Yesterday, without stand.
