Re: Fratelli Fanciullacci (Italy)
The factory worked between 1862 and 1988 with interruptions.
Demetrio Fanciullacci led the company forwards after WWII period, very prolific times where the production reflects the latest styles and tastes.
They exported do France, Germany, USA and UK.

Is anyone able to provide any information about a vase I have purchased? It has the number 7239 on the base and stands 20cm tall.
Info from Simon (Redware) Hi, this vase is from the 1950-1960s range. You can find it in Mark Hill's Italian Ceramic book, page 104.

50'S-60'S ITALIAN TV LAMP fratelli fanciullacci
I've had this TV lamp for a while with no luck identifying the maker. It is about 8 inches high and 5 1/4 inches diameter at the top. It has a paper stamp with double "F", "Italy" and some inked numbers. The only FF I know is Fitz & Floyd, a US store who contracted to have ceramic items made in Europe and Japan, but I am not sure that is correct. Can anyone offer definitive information?

Italian Vase Shape 4421 Is It Fratelli Fanciullacci?
This little love was in a 'free' box. It's a little chipped around the rim from it's trauma in there, but otherwise surprisingly intact.
I was wondering if it's Fratelli Fanciullacci?

Fratelli Fanciullacci Vase? Can anyone id please
Hi. Hope someone can help. Found this vase marked 714 Italy in the North West of England recently and think / hope it could be Fratelli Franciullacci. It does not have the FF mark but is simply marked 714 Italy. However I have seen on the web a vase with a very similar decoration that states that vases with this decoration are seen in Mark Hill's book 'Alla Moda: Italian Ceramics of the 1950s-70s'. (I don't have the book yet but it is on my list as the very next one to buy)
It measures 19 cms tall x 9 cms in diameter at the widest part and weighs almost 500 gms.
Any help much appreciated.

Italian goblet by Fratelli Fanciullacci
The decoration reminds me of Eric Gill drawings.

Re: Fratelli Fanciullacci (Italy)
The word under the number is Italy. Judging by the style of the figures it could be an Fratelli Fanciullacci piece

Yep - I have a few in this decor, but not that form. It is Fanciullacci, though

Italian? Fratelli Fanciullacci? Unmarked piece - can anyone help?
Hi. Hope someone can help. I bought this dish recently from a local auction in the North West of England, unmarked but I felt confident that it is mid-century Italian. It measures 32 cm x 22 cm x 4 cm (L x W x D) and weighs just over 640 gms. I can see what appears to be a reddish clay just beneath the foot rim (see detail image of rim) which according to Mark Hill's excellent book Alla Moda points towards Tuscany & possibly Florence but the book also points out that in Florence a whiteish clay was also used and the design and use of the textured mottled glaze also points towards Fanciullacci.
However this is all guuess work because of the absence of any identifying marks.
If anyone has any pointers etc and could give any help it would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Fratelli Fanciullacci (Italy)
Thanks for that - so I think I'm farly safe in saying Italian. Pity there's no FF on the etsy piece but it does give a good starting point. Much appreciated
