At first glance in a box at the weekend thought it was Colin Pearson's mark. Closer inspection revealed it wasn't but I was intrigued enough to buy it despite a firing fault. Any ideas on the embellished cp or possibly db mark please.

Owen Thorpe. Has worked at various potteries in Powys since 1971.

The mark is similar but not the clear OT monogram of Thorpe’s and he usually includes the pottery’s stamp too

Help again with ID, seen this mark before somewhere but can't put my finger on it. Looks to be CP.

Had crossed my mind when I found your Owen Thorpe marks on Pinterest but thought I would post it here for ID to see if you would reply to this first. Yes it looks like a possibility, hopefully some more input will come this way regarding the potter, thanks again Ern. Excellent

Emailed Owen Thorpe last week and received a reply today and it's not his mark, would be nice to find out who made it.
