Not a shape I’ve seen before but everything else matches, including the lines which are often seen down her work

Its a JH mark. Early Jane Hamlyn Salt glaze. Those early items of hers are quite sought after by Jane Hamlyn collectors.

Jane Hamlyn teapot from the Bill Ismay collection at COCA York. There are 41 Jane Hamlyn pieces in the Bill Ismay collection. The 10th highest total of the potters he collected. Another Yorkshire potter!

I have had this one for yonks, and have always liked its unusual beak pourer bit, and the merging of the greens and the blues. She has certainly done some lovely salt glaze york!
