It reminds me of Royal Brierly, but it would have a ground down rim if it was, and this looks like it has a rounded rim.
Maybe Teign Valley Glass or Heron Glass, or none of the above.

Deffinately not Brierley, technique completely different. But I think you may have it with Heron Excellent
