Help id vase. Maybe Weller?? Empty Help id vase. Maybe Weller??

Hey there everyone.
Was hoping to find some info on this vase. I have sea4ched and its actually on another forum but nothing.

Was marked with a store tagged labeled Weller, but cant seem toi find anything close to it. So maybe it was just labeled that way not really knowing from the store owner.

Hi, looks like Jugendstil or art nuveaux, European, perhaps Flemish or Dutch, northern France or Germany.

I love the painting. Has the artist signed?

Definitely not Weller. Most likely European early 1900's. I'd guess Belgium.
