Is this TK Maxx? Empty Is this TK Maxx?

Picked this up recently and haven't found anything similar online, so now fearing it's Chinese or Polish (which is worse?).
18.5cm high at it's tallest point, 18.5cm diameter at it's widest point.
Unmarked.

Suggestions welcome.

I've seen the Polish ones with bubbles, but they usually have a hole in the bottom. This one, however, has a foot added to it.
