1970s???? printed stretch velvet

looking for ideas on this Gorgeously sheeny printed stretch velvet. Sadly, there's no maker's name or even pattern name on the selvedge. The design reminded me of Biba and Pucci and all those slightly wacky 60s/70s trippy fabric designers. So, over to you. Can anyone give a positive ID for me? It may not be vintage, but a modern retro design; i simply don't know.
