Any ideas please on maker and possible dates for what I assume to be a pickle dish and glass fork. Dish is 7 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches and fork is 5 1/4 inches. Bonus was that it came in original box. Grateful for any thoughts, also thoughts on rarity of glass pickle forks, thanks John
