Oiva Toikka Designs
I believe this is the Pioni (peony) design glass, manufactured at Nuutajarvi.

Quite striking!

Hey Naomi,
Have you tried moving the bowl and creamer into a different light to see if they change colour (to light blue, most likely)? They may be alexandrite glass like these by Oiva Toikka.

Funny story about the glasses above. I had them for ages and didn't know the maker. Then one day I walked into a bookstore and a book on Scandinavian design called to me from a shelf. I picked it up and opened it to a page with these glasses! I was so excited, I exclaimed outloud "Oh wow! I've been trying to identify these glasses!" To which the lady standing beside me leaned over and took a look and said "They're Finnish. I know, I am from Finland". I was shocked as the book didn't say what part of Scandinavia so her comment helped. Couldn't wait to get to a computer, and sure enough!! What are the odds of that happening??? I took it as a sign that I needed more glass ;)

Two sets of Oiva Toikka small flora bowls in their original packaging (one missing in one box so there are 11 in total). Possibly my best find of the year!
