Richmond Art Centre Yorkshire Empty Richmond Art Centre Yorkshire

I have this dish which appears to celebrate Gruffydd, 11th century King of Wales, but can find no reference to Richmond Art Centre anywhere. Any information about this pottery or potters involved. I have emailed the Richmond Online Arts site but as yet have had no reply. Any info much appreciated John
