This is a very strange vase - you certainly can't put water in it 
! so I'm guessing it's purely a decorative piece. The pontil mark is quite smooth and round (like a whitefriar's one) but there's a little hole - I dont know if it's meant to be there or if it's a fault. Any idea of country of origin or something I can compare it to please.

I was in TK Maxx yesterday and they are selling similar glass, but in 2 colours not multi like yours, same technique though. Chinese seems likely
