A German Jugend jug? Empty A German Jugend jug?

I have tried some time to get this jug sorted out but failed so far. I think its a German jug from the earliest Jugend period but wouldn´t be surpriesed if it turns out to be French. Hope some one can find out the origin.

from Belgium. What does the red mark say?

Hi! It´s only a stamp Import in the rim. Intresting to know that it might be Belgian.
