I think from the mark that it is Japanese but it doesn't really fit in with a style that I am familar with. The nearest is probably that of Mashiko, after Hamada went there and influence things.

It does look like a proper studio piece though rather than factory produced.

It is a yunomi and I might come across something similar in the future and, if so, I'll let you know.
