German Teapot Mark? Empty German Teapot Mark?

Hello!
I'm hoping someone can tell me a bit about this teapot: maker, year(s) of manufacture, and designer if possible. It's about 6 or 7 inches tall.

So it's VEB? Is that a different maker than Veb Haldensleben. What does VEB mean?

VEB = Volkseigener Betrieb (people-owned enterprise)

Yes, they were different makers.
