Hi all,

Could anybody help out on this one? It is a lovely vase (What would this shape be called generically??) with a very fine glaze on it, studio or art pottery perhaps? Would anybody have aclue as to a maker? It is simply imprinted with the number 64 on the base, and i really have no clue, the only thing i have found is Fulper ??

hey thanks for the quick reply there, Could i ask what prompts the art deco idea? I am interested to know if there is a motif or styling related to this pot that i could recognise again, what about the number? You think that is Germany then? Perhaps there was a label that has gone missing? The number has a slightly larger 4 than 6, and is in a kind of 'serif/roman ' face i will investigate your suggestions, any and all otheres are appreciated of course :->
