Powell Bishop & Stonier

A very pretty blue and white saucer/plate. There is a mark on the base but I really don't know if it's an impressed maker's mark or just a fault. I hope you can just make it out. I'd like to know is it Chinese or Japanese and the date please. Thank you.[img]

The impressed mark is the Wand of Caduceus. At a guess from the aesthetic style of design i'd say mid 1880s
