Orange pot with blue stylized plant image, any thoughts? Empty Orange pot with blue stylized plant image, any thoughts?

Here is a most interesting plant pot in a wild decor, 10.5 cm tall. Marked 11/1 Made in W. Germany. Any thoughts on who did it? As always, all thoughts welcome.
