Complicated impressed mark. Vaguely 90s design. Has anyone come across anything similar?

Yes, he has a nice website himself. The decoration is so characteristic that he doesn't need a mark.

Pretty sure it’s by Kevin Warren, and early piece when he was using an ash glaze rather than slipware. Just seen a pair of cups and saucers with the same glaze and impressed shells. There is a faint impressed mark under the glaze on the foot of the teapot which is the same shape as Warren’s stamp.
