The mark is, I think, a spiral in a circle rather than a simple circle in a circle.

May be Maria Murtagh, but I can't find any of her work to compare it to online.

From the mark and description of her work it seems to match.

One of her marks is similar, but I think the one on my cup is more like a coiled 'tadpole'
