Looks like one of the lesser later Art Nouveau factories in my opinion, doubt you will get an I.D. (even when there is no mark a base picture of anything is always important)

I would guess at C1920 (could be before, can we have a base picture please) and it's not majolica.

This is the base. - I've just noticed I've missed the edges Doh! - there's nothing on them but please let me know if I should take the photo again.

I'd guess at continental and 50's/60's, but this is a total guess.
