Studio Pottery Ball Vase Brown Clay And White Slip??? Empty Studio Pottery Ball Vase Brown Clay And White Slip???

Fairly unusual pottery vase diameter 6" and height 5.5".
Brown clay vase with a white slip unsure how they have got the decoration done looks like they have gone too a lot of trouble with the decoration looks a time consuming piece to produce. The base seems to have been marked with a circular stamp but it hasnt taken very well just remnents of lettering possibly illegible to me.
Wnderfull process would love to know how its done and any ideas on who produced this also please thankyou again for checking on my pieces.dan Happy
