West German something (vase) Empty West German something (vase)

A friend of mine wants to know more information about her vase. The pictures are a little bit blurry, but the bottom of the vase says "w-germany 1241-22".

Any ideas?

carstens, def., 1960s would be my first guess
1200 series vases
1500 series jugs / handled vases

Either series without the twin houses mark.
