Thomas Cone Ltd, Alma Works (later Alma Ware then Royal Alma) at Longton. According to Goodens, they were marked like this from 1892-1912.
Is there another letter right in the middle there?

There is another letter - a G or C but could be 6 - its faint and the glaze is quite thick so not sure

They sometimes had impressed either 'TC' over 'L' or 'TC' over 'Longton', and later an intertwined 'TC', but impressed model or mould numbers were also used.
