Only just noticed this thread but here is some information about Brian Perrin.
He was born in 1932 in Streatham, South London and works in watercolour as well as etching. Initially trained at Croydon School of Art and then went to the Royal College of Art in 1951-4 where he won the Rome Scholarship.
He seems to have spent much of his working life teaching at art colleges such as Ealing, Hornsey, Royal College and was head of printmaking at Wimbledon after that.
He is a Senior Fellow of the RE (Royal Society of Painter/Etchers and Engravers).
His work is in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum in New York; Library of Congress in Washington; Glasgow University; Leeds City Art Gallery; Victoria & Albert Musuem and the British Council.
So not bad eh?

hi... it's an original... i'm not sure of the edition size - but it's 3 of something... and it's dated 1964.

No, it's slightly larger. Approx 50 x 65cms... I've messaged the gallery for further info
