ID Request for German 304/C Empty ID Request for German 304/C

I have been unable to get a handle on this vase. At one time I thought Fohr, but can't find the exact number/size or even the mark. It is 18.5 cm tall, with a beige clay body. I swiped a little carbon on the base to enhance to marks. Hope it helps.

Oh ,also the H is probably the VEB Haldensleben mark
