Swedish Purple Glass Vase
I am a complete novice at glass. So when I picked this up at the local thrift shop I almost put it back until I realized that someone on this forum is bound to know what company made it!

It has a small sticker that says "Made in Sweden" with stars on it.

It does not appear to be signed on the bottom.

Re: Swedish Purple Glass Vase
Could you post a better picture of the label please? I cannot really see it.
Maybe Magnor?

Because it's a foil sticker all the photos were too shiny. Let me see if I can manipulate one of them to make the sticker more readable.

Re: Swedish Purple Glass Vase
Is that not a generic label? Is there something special about it that links it to Lindshammar specifically please?

Re: Swedish Purple Glass Vase
I've had it on Elme glass before, so I'd say it's a generic export sticker.
Re: Swedish Purple Glass Vase
I agree - I've had this sticker on various export items - none of which were from the same factory.
For what it's worth that plummy coloured glass is a colour that Aseda produced although I don't recognise the shape of your vase as one of theirs - it might be an area for you to look at further though.
