Marked USA - Is is Brush McCoy? Empty Marked USA - Is is Brush McCoy?

After three days of research I'm still unable to identify this vase. I found the piece at an antique store for $11. The seller had marked it as Brush McCoy on the tag. The USA only stamp on the bottom apparently indicates that it was made between 1915-1940, but the style seems a little modern for these dates. Any maker information, dates, style names, value, or other information would be welcome. Thanks for your help!
