terracota scraffito oval vase

Hi, please help id this terracota vase. Its 17.5 cm tall with almost macintosh decoration which is engraved into surface. The interior is covered with a brown glaze and the vase goes from round at the bottom too oval at the top. Photo of base and mark to follow. Thanks
