Hi what have I got here Chinese Style vase???

Hi this is a large heavy vase. What could it be I think it may be 1930s there may be a letter on the bottom J. Thought I possibly also could see a feint G.

Any ideas what I have??

If you're hoping for a lightning quick ID on this then I fear you may be disappointed. IDs, especially for items such as your vase which is generally speaking out of the comfort zone of most of our regular members, can take days, weeks, months or even years. It all depends on the 'right' person popping along and seeing your post.
