Pale Blue Glass Ewer with Bubbly Glass ? Empty Pale Blue Glass Ewer with Bubbly Glass ?

Pale Blue Glass Ewer with Bubbly Glass ? 910
Any ideas about the maker and/or period of this glass ewer, it is pale blue in colour and is 29cms in height, I can see that it's moulded glass because of the seems at the front and on the sides. It appears to be lightly frosted on the top and towards the base but clear in the middle, it also seems to show some wear. Any ideas ? Thanks.
