small blue dish possibly Cornish? Empty small blue dish possibly Cornish?

Another unidentified piece! This small dish has an inscribed signature on base which looks vaguely familiar but I can't place it. I keep thinking that perhaps it is one of the Cornish potteries. Any ideas would be welcome.
