I can't find this mark in the British potter's marks book but it's a quality bowl

Could be an early piece of Peter Simpson and the mark has been obscured slightly by the white glaze?? Not sure if this would fit with his style of work though (not that I'm familiar)??

It does look like very nice piece , I can't find mark either Elsie Blumer Harborne pottery ? the simpson mark lines go right to the end so don't think it's him .

Yeah, I looked at that one but it isn't in a roundel. It also states that her work is in porcelain rather than stoneware??

True , I thought that also , but maybe she did other than just porcelain , but your right it probably isn't hers either , could it possibly be a TF or FF facing ?
