Grumpy looking cat Empty Grumpy looking cat

Hi,
I bought this cat in a charity shop in the Cotswolds a couple of years ago, it was cheap due to the restored bck foot. There are marks on the base, 1 that looks like the maths symbol Pi and some numbers.
Any ideas who made it would again be much appreciated.

Pretty sure it's chinese. The 'Pi' symbol is a chinese character, and there's a faint red stamped NA which is probably the end of CHINA.

There's a similar pair on ebay at the moment, which also have a stamped number like this one. Listed as "2 Beautiful Chinese Blue Turquoise Glaze Cats ~ Pottery ~ Majolica"
