Elizabeth 2 Silver Jubilee Mug. So probably not unique. It was a Very big thing at the time, and the souvenir market was enormous. (Your photos are rather big; best to use the 640px width setting on Servimg)
RF and the slipware would immediately possibly suggest Ray Finch at Winchcombe. But he always used the Winchcombe mark as well.

I don’t think Winchcombe used a strap handle so probably another pottery. Many jumped on the Jubilee bandwagon so we may not find the mark
