Combed Slipware - Troyan Pottery Empty Combed Slipware - Troyan Pottery

I was intrigued by this small dish. A little research led me to think that it is  combed and marbleized slipware ?
The glaze is not on the reverse or even up to the edge.
So perhaps not 20th century though the reverse looks like it was made yesterday ?
Any thoughts or pointers to the correct terminology appreciated.
