Hello, I need help identifying what is written on the bottom, and whose marking is here. The inscription is similar to the Swedish one, looks like the year 1817 is written at the bottom. Does it have any value?

Falkenberg is a town in Sweden but I also found this about someone born in 1819 https://www.genealogy.com/ftm/f/a/l/Tim-Falkenberg/GENE10-0003.html

Found something similar listed as INGER FALKENBERG KERAMIK, KRUS MED LOCK, DEKOR BJÄRSJÖLAGÅRD

There are others by Törngren ceramic factory (Törngren keramik) in the city Falkenberg, Sweden but yours looks like a 1987 piece so possibly a bit late
