Blue striped pot Rye? Mid Century? Empty Blue striped pot Rye? Mid Century?

This is a small pot measuring 9cm tall, 9cm in dia at the mouth and 6cm at the base.
The mark is indistinct.
It looks a little like stripy Rye pottery. Does anyone have any ideas?
