I see this attributed to Liddle Elliot, but no reference. They called it Hector van Droie and Cunnig Artus.

The reference is from "AN ILLUSTRATED GUIDE TO BRITISH JUGS - From Medieval Times To The Twentieth Century" by RK HENRYWOOD via the Yale Centre for British Art. But neither seem particularly certain
"Henrywood depicts a similar jug with green ground that "may have been made by Liddle Elliot & Son" in 1868."
