The mark suggests that it was most probably made in the 1970s. By then the business had become one of the main, if not main, porcelain producers in Germany after taking over numerous other factories. It also had branches in France and USA. The size of the operation and period of manufacture would suggest that this isn't a rare figure; most likely having been made in large quantities and survived.
