Help with identifying this vase

Vase reminds me of Poole/Carter & Stabler but there are no clear marks; there might be a raised mark but it has been obscured with white paint.

I’m guessing the pot is Spanish, not so old.

The second vase was by a different potter so I’ve moved it to its own thread

No pip not That Cardew...

Down here in the west country in Devon Cardew pottery. Paul Cardew. He and his team made loud teapots but also other pots too the colours reminded me of his. Plus the name on the bottom. I think they were based bovey Tracey. He may still work but factory now closed
