Plated pot - identify maker, useage and age Empty Plated pot - identify maker, useage and age

There are no marks on this piece which is 152mm high.

It is inset with 2 cabuchons (?) and I'm wondering if it might have had a lid.

Is it metal ? A bit difficult to determine from the photo. If not ,it looks like Copper lustre ware Pottery. Which has been produced in large commercial quantities. Especially popular in Victorian times.

So about 6 in high. Possibly from a tea set, maybe missing a lid.
Almost impossible to identify in all honesty.
