Probably from a mould of an original Victorian glass bottle. There are studio potters who do that like Jillian Riley

Most were made of brown glass including glass stopper. Some of rarer ones had chemists personal seals on them, I had one I sold with an L on the seal. This one may have had a ceramic stopper.
