Romanian figurine - Maria Lazarescu

Can anyone help identify the artist who made this? It's marked with a squiggly signature, 1979, Romania.

fonduilli Plastic is a building acting as a hub for 50 artists in Bucharest. Presumably this came from one of those artists. But occupation of Artist's studio can be a frequently changing affair.
So....How is your Rumanian?

I would like to tell you more about this artist but, unfortunately, there are no public informations, only few mentions and a street bearing her name in Bucharest. After i saw your post, i sent messages to some cultural NGO and asked for her bio. No answer until now.
