Green Art Glass Bottle Vase help required?? please.

Unusual well made hand blown green glass bottle vase with shaped base , The bottle has
been too well blown in my opinion to be just an alcohol container i think? The glass has a lot
of striations from being formed the base has a small well polished scar. There is no grinding for
a stopper. The bottle has a good weight and measures 10" tall would love to know what other
people think around its usage and age etc thank you.
