This is a striking bowl - brutalist in style with a water like glaze to the bottom - the painted mark to the base is in gold and looks like PL or LP and has the year 2001 and a reference B 11.  I have googled lenses this as I thought this would help identify the maker as so unusual and have searched PL and PL marks but no luck - can anyone please help me identify this?
