Art Deco Grueby knock off?
Hello 20th century forum:
Awhile back you all helped me identify a Margit Kovacs figurine, so I'm back with a lamp I picked up at the thrift store.
So what do you all think? Any chance this is a Grueby? No noticeable mark or potter's mark. Hardware is an Arrow socket and an Eagle plug. Both look old, but seem art deco to me. The hole for the cord appears to have been made when the lamp was made
The lamp is covered in a layer of oil and dirt.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
