Please an opinion on this ikebana vase

Hello everyone! do you think this vase is new, from ikea or indian? it is made of light terracotta, with thin walls, interior all glazed,  it has strips of sandy glaze as decoration and the rest is painted. it has no label. It had some textile sticked on bottom . I found it interesting for ikebana arrangement .

I think it's production pottery but I don't know where it was made.

I'd be worried the clay is porous. Maybe for dried flowers rather than fresh ones
