Glass mystery - Viartec THF (Spain)

I picked up this decorative 20c glass from a charity shop.  They thought it was Chalet glass (Canada), but my research thus far looking at their catalogues indicates that this is not.  It's

about 33cm tall.  Any ideas or leads would be greatly appreciated.  I really like it and it does go well with my other Chalet and Hineri pieces.

I think this very likely to be made by Viartec.
