Bretby Pottery?? Empty Bretby Pottery??

Hi
I think that this is by Bretby but the normal half-moon imprint is missing obscure.  Can anyone confirm this for me?

You need to show photos of the whole item, including the base. It is essential in identification.

Most likely is Bretby, The unreadable number 2xxx, would put it somewhere
between 1914-1929.
